I can come to your home or you can come to my small in home workout space.
What do I need?
Some basic hand weights and a stability ball are all you really need to get started. I will bring other tools as well, i.e. bands, medicine balls, etc.
If you want to do kettelbells you will have to come to my space since the bells are a bit too much to carry around.
How long are the sessions?
Most workouts are 1 hour, except for Kettlebells, which are 30 minutes.
What is the cost?
Costs will vary depending on the number of session you are interested in. Typically 1 hour sessions run around $75. See Pricing page for details.
How often should I train?
That is totally up to you based upon your specific fitness goal and schedule availability. Some clients work out multiple times a week, others work out a couple of times a month. An added benefit is that I can design a program for you that you can eventually do on your own.
What hours do you train?
Since I am on my own I am very flexible and will work with your schedule.
What is your certification?
I am certified through A.C.E., The American Council on Exercise. I am also an HKC certified Kettlebell instructor. Additionally, I am CPR and first-aid certified.
