			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>My approach to personal training is to help you focus on the mind-body connection.  I believe that learning to pay attention to what messages you are telling yourself about your body and learning how it moves will begin en entirely new relationship with yourself.  Yes, it is great to “be” strong, but do you “feel” strong? Empowering yourself through movement and exercise is a powerful approach to fitness.</p>
<p>We will begin with an assessment of where you are now, and then work together to create a plan to move you towards your fitness goals.  Foremost in this plan will be to help you to strengthen your core, from which all other goals are achieved.</p>
<p>I will train you in the comfort of your home or you can come to my home studio in South Minneapolis.</p>
